    Mechanical Optical Switch(Stepper Motor)

The stepper motor type (motor-based) optical switch is an optical switching device based on traditional mechanical technology. It achieves the switching of the optical path by precisely driving the optical element (optical fiber) through a stepper motor for physical movement. As one of the earliest and most direct methods of implementing optical switches, it is renowned for its high reliability, low insertion loss, and high channel isolation, and is particularly suitable for applications with extremely high requirements for optical performance but less stringent requirements for switching speed.

    • Is it possible to get such product to work in wavelength between 800-980nm? Can it work with peak power up to 10-15W at duty cycle of 10%? What might be the price of such component at quantities: 50; 500 & 5000 pcs

    • What capacity can be a switch in one case. could it be 1/128? What attenuation will be in this case and what dimensions. What are the characteristics of switches 1/64, 1/32? Thank you.
