By uploading and aggregating the optical cable quality information data collected by the RTU hardware to the network management server, and through massive data analysis, a visual "health diagnosis report" and trend analysis are formed. For sudden optical cable failures, measures such as primary-backup switching, rapid identification of the cause and location of the fault, can be taken to reduce the ratio of non-sudden optical cable failures, quickly restore network failures, shorten repair time, and improve the operation and maintenance management level.
